A crucial moment for EU staff in Luxembourg
The case concerning the application of a correction coefficient to salaries in Luxembourg will be heard before the General Court of the European Union.
The case T-370/25, JL v Commission, challenges the exclusion of Luxembourg from the correction-coefficient system under Article 64 of the Staff Regulations and raises fundamental questions about equal treatment and purchasing power for EU staff working in Luxembourg.
