Rules and procedure for a competition

2. Critères d’admission

Remplissez-vous les conditions d’admission?
Tout candidat doit:

  • être ressortissant d’un État membre de l’Union européenne;
  • jouir de tous ses droits civiques;
  • être en position régulière au regard de ses obligations militaires;
  • posséder une connaissance approfondie d’une des langues officielles de l’Union européenne et une connaissance satisfaisante d’une autre de ces langues.
  • En outre, les candidats doivent satisfaire aux exigences spécifiques précisées dans l’avis de concours en ce qui concerne les compétences et, le cas échéant, l’expérience professionnelle.
  • Les exigences minimales en matière de formation varient selon le poste à pourvoir. En général, un diplôme universitaire est exigé pour les fonctions de niveau «administrateur». Une expérience professionnelle adéquate peut être requise dans certains cas. Les linguistes (interprètes, traducteurs et juristes-linguistes) doivent faire la preuve de connaissances linguistiques complémentaires allant au-delà des exigences minimales décrites ci-dessus.

Étapes des concours pour toutes les procédures

  • Les personnes souhaitant participer à une procédure de sélection doivent remplir un formulaire de candidature en ligne et le soumettre à EPSO avant la date de clôture des inscriptions. À un certain stade de la procédure, qui varie selon le concours, les candidats devront aussi imprimer et envoyer leur formulaire d’inscription accompagné des pièces justificatives démontrant leur admissibilité selon les conditions générales et particulières du concours. Ces candidatures ne doivent pas être considérées à la légère: remplir ne serait-ce que le formulaire d’inscription exige déjà un certain temps.
