Union Syndicale Brussels is proposing “Assessment Center” training courses (only in English)  for AD competitions in two parts on 17 and 18 September 2013 from 6pm till 9pm in Brussels.

The course is for members of Union Syndicale, their family members, and colleagues who want to join Union Syndicale at this occasion.

 - The case study in the chosen field;

- Simulation of an abridged case study (generic character);

Do you meet the requirements for admission?
Applicants must:

  • be nationals of a Member State of the European Union;
  • enjoy all their civil rights;
  • have fulfilled any military service obligations;
  • have a thorough knowledge of one official language of the European Union and a satisfactory knowledge of another of these languages.
  • In addition, applicants must meet specific requirements set out in the competition notice as regards the skills and, where appropriate, work experience required.
  • The minimum educational requirements vary depending on the vacant post. In general, a university degree is required for the functions of "administrator" level. Appropriate professional experience may be required in some cases. Linguists (interpreters, translators and legal translators) must demonstrate additional language skills beyond the minimum requirements described above.


Stages of competitions for all selection procedures

  • Those wishing to participate in a selection procedure must complete an online application form and submit it to EPSO before the closing date for entries. At some stage of the proceedings, which varies depending on the competition, candidates also have to print and send their application  form accompanied by supporting documents showing their eligibility under the general and special conditions of the competition. These applications should not be taken lightly: just completing the application form already requires some time.
